S-IDAP Details Page Orientation

Article summary

There are three views in the S-IDAP module.

View 1: The opening screen

The screen is divided into the following items:

  1. The Equipment and Circuits overview.

  2. Calc Summary.

  3. Approval panel.

  4. Results Tab.

  5. Measurements Tab.

  6. Overview Plot Tab.

  7. Histogram Tab.

  8. Trendplots Tab.

  9. Isometrics Tab.

  10. Trendplots.

  11. With these buttons you can swap between the different views (see View 2, View 3 and View 4 here below).

  12. With these buttons you can perform calculations and change settings (see S-IDAP Additional Functions and Settings).

View 2: Displaying the TrendPlots

To show the TrendPlots at the bottom of the screen:

  • Click the TrendPlot button.

Click the TrendPlot button.

This View is really the same as the opening screen (view 1).

View 3: Edit Measurements Via Grid

By clicking the Grid button, the view below is shown. In the right lower panel, some extra tabs are displayed. Take note of the:

  1. Readings Tab - Contains data for the trendplot in left lower corner.

  2. Edit Measurements Tab - Contains the quality indicator for the readings, which you can use to grade the inspection.

  3. Data Tab

  4. Wall loss Tab

  5. Overview Plot

Take note that this view is only available when you are doing a Bulk Analysis of multiple Circuits.

To show the Overview Plots:

  • Click the Overview button.

While in Bulk Analysis mode, click the Overview button.

This view shows the overview plots for each selected Circuit at the bottom of the screen. The top part of the screen will show the list of Circuits selected for Bulk Analysis.

Overview Plots are shown in the bottom of the screen.

4 Panes concept and Navigation

The bottom part for each of the four views consist out of four IDAP Panes. All the IDAP Panes communicate and will refresh after you sorted the grid or update a graph or selected CMLs.

Results Pane (top left)

On the Results tab you can:

  • Sort on Anomaly

  • Sort on high Corrosion Rate (CR)

  • Sort on Short Remaining Life (RL)

On the Measurements tab you can:

  • Condense dates

  • Indicate Reading errors (E tag)

Overview Plot pane (top right)

In the Overview Plot pane you can view:

  • Overview Plot

  • Histogram

  • Wall Loss Scatter

  • Corrosion Rate per CML Type

  • TrendPlot

  • Isometric

  • Wall thickness

  • Predicted CR

  • Process variable

Trend Plot pane (bottom left)

On the TrendPlot tab you can:

  • Zoom in / out ranges

  • Verify readings

On the Isometrics tab you can view related isometrics when available.

Readings pane (bottom right)

In the readings pane you can view:

  • Readings

  • Edit Measurements

  • Data

  • Wall loss

  • Overview Plot

Adjusting the Panes

The panes can be adjusted to be smaller / larger by pulling them left / right.

Pane functionality / navigations

Below you can see how you can navigate the four IDAP panes. Take note of the legend and the condense dates options. The settings button in the Results pane (top left) enables you to choose columns and freeze panes. The settings button in the Overview Plot pane (top right) enables you to switch between Corrosion Rate, Remnant Life, and Wall loss options by enabling the checkboxes in the top left pane’s header.
