Version 2022.2 brings updates with regards to document management, ECS to RSL (wrap up), and some other improvements.
Document Management
Drawings and Documents section on FLOC & Equipment
A "Drawings and Documents" section has been added to the FLOC and Equipment Details Pages.

An “Attachments” section for the file upload function, has been added to Task edit mode on the Task Detail Page.

Bulk Assign Strategy
Warning message to upgrade tag to new RSL revision before assigning a Strategy
If the Tag, that is being assigned, has been assigned to an outdated RSL, a warning message will appear and the Next button will be disabled until the Tag is upgraded to a new RSL revision.
Unable to assign tag while the RSL has status “Pending”. Already selected System is preselected in the first Bulk Assign step
If any Tag has a System selected, in the Bulk Assign Strategy, in the first step, the same System will be preselected automatically.

The “Unable to assign 1 Equipment because of Hierarchy” warning message has been updated with a more meaningful explanation: “Equipment xy parent Floc xy already assigned to System xy”.

The “Asset Consequences” has been added to the RSL “Strategy requirements” section as an option.

Change and Deferral - delete attachments button is vulnerable to Errors
To avoid accidental clicks, the delete button has been moved to the right end of the header, to be the last option.
To delete, mark desired attachments and then click the delete button.Also the delete warning message has been updated to ensure attachments are not deleted by mistake.

The Select all checkbox has been added to Approve multiple Events window.

The “TA Candidate” and “Schedule Category” fields were added to the RCM Schedules Import template. The addition of these 2 fields will allow users to upload critical data required in RCM Schedules.
The Schedule Template can be downloaded from Settings Import Wizard. 
The TA Candidate and Schedule Category are now part of the Schedule Import Template. Length Extension of Task Description field
The length of the Description in the Task edit mode has been extended to 4000 characters max.
Now up to 4000 characters can be enter in the Description text field. Inconsistencies in the assignment of a child FLOC to a System fixed
In the past, although the bulk assign did not allow it, it was possible via the FLOC Details Page to assign a child FLOC to the same System as its parent.
Now, also from the FLOC Details Page, it is no longer possible to assign a FLOC to a System if its parent is already assigned to the same System.

A new export option for the Analysis page was added - “Click here to export only Analyses”.
Click on “here” to export only the Analyses excel file. Custom Reports - Custom filter in RCM module
“Filters” has been added to the Custom Reports page.

The Asset consequence and Environment consequence fields have been added to the System Equipment Import excel file.
The System Equipment Template can be downloaded from the Settings Import Wizard. 
The Asset and Environment consequences are visible in the Schedule Import Template. “DISCIPLINE INSPECTOR ADMIN” role added
A new role, called “DISCIPLINE INSPECTOR ADMIN”, has been added with following rights:
- All the privileges of the Discipline Inspector
- Create new users
- Create new Dashboards
- Create user defined Queries (UDQ)
- Delete Schedules and ECHs in RCM
- Backout Schedules and ECHs
Auto-selected ECH type depending on use of Checklist
IMS can auto-select the type of ECH (Narrative Only vs Discipline Checklist) depending on whether there is a Checklist present on the ECH. This allows for non-checklist information/history records to be filtered.
