Creating Anomalies in PLSS ECHs

This overview will explain how to Create an Anomaly in IMS ECHs.

An anomaly can only be created from the ECH Details page.

To create an Anomaly:

  • Go to the ECH's Details Page.
  • Scroll to the Inspection data and codes section.
  • Under CONDITION FOUND click on What was found?
  • On the applicable condition click the OBS button.
Click the OBS button to add an Anomaly.
To create an anomaly click on the OBS button.
  • Tick the checkbox Keep track as a Finding in upcoming inspections.
  • Tick the checkbox Track as an Anomaly.
    Tick Track as an Anomaly parameter checkbox to open the Anomaly creation window.

     Note: On a Finding, the Inspection Location can be selected.

  • Click on the Plus button to add an Anomaly.
Click on the Plus button to create an Anomaly.
  • Fill in the Anomaly details.
  • Click Save.

The Anomaly ID will be shown after the Track as an Anomaly parameter. 

In the example below the Anomaly ID is "A00048". Click on the name of the Anomaly to see the Anomaly Details Page.

Adding Anomalies to an Existing Anomaly

To add a created Anomaly to an existing one: 

  • Select the row of the existing Anomaly in the grid below.
  • Click OK.
To add an Anomaly to an existing one, click on the Anomaly you want to add it to, and then click ok.
